Actually it is better to say who is NOT participating. Kappa, chi o and pi phi alums don’t allow for spring recruitment. With graduating girls, girls that need to get out for academic or financial reasons ect..... happening in every sorority it is to be expected all sororities would spring rush. These houses, however do not because their nationals will cover the cost. Most of the rest will take few girls. Even zeta last year took around five but they keep it very much hush and choose girls with a strong connection in the house. Newer chapters may take a significant number more than the others for obvious reasons.
