This has been in effect for at least the last 3 fall recruitments & is possibly why the quality of ALL the new member classes has gone up. The "top" houses have still gotten those great girls with momma's and grandmomma's local connections. This leaves the so-called middle & lower tiers LOTS of amazing girls to fill up their new member classes.
