Honestly do think they are a top house. Are the other three perhaps more difficult to get into without being a legacy or connections? Yes. Girls want what they can’t have so to speak. Zeta is still highly desired by pnm’s and for a fact some girls ranked them higher than the top three during recruitment this past year. Greek girls and guys all have friends that are Zta’s .
