If PhiMu took So many grade risk Then I don't know what to say about the houses that ranked below them for grades. They are not at the bottom for grades. Kd is not doing anything wrong it is crazy's like you that are promoting hate amongst the houses. KD is a strong chapter that doesn't have to stoop to your level.
