Unfortunately higher retention will just mean higher tier and lower retention mean lower tiers. Pnms just need to realize that just by going through the recruitment process - resumes, recs, photos and having to be in a continual “job” interview for a week straight they are already successful. Line up a pic of all the pnms on bid day and there is no way you could pick who ended up in what house. All are great!
