I'm a mom of a PNM and involved in Greek Life not at UArk, so I will spill a little tea as an example. Sorority XYZ gives a max of 20 points to each PNM. Your GPA is 5 of those points, so if you have a 3.78 that is your score there. There is another possible 5 points for activities & 5 points for leadership. That leaves just 5 points for conversation. Anyone who knows you or meets you at the recruitment rounds can give you a 1-5 (no one is a zero) & those are all averaged together. Most PNM's in this scenario fall between a 10-15 total with every decimal point in between. Hit sort on the Google doc & there is your invitation list to next round.
