Some houses may cut after pref- but you are cutting from your bid list. If a PNM has 1 house left on pref day- she will receive a bid. If 2 houses left- and she does not single house pref (suicide), then she will receive a bid from 1 of those 2 houses on her list. Each house has different voting procedures and timelines throughout their recruitment.
