In my honest, completely unbiased opinion, no. They are dead on even with TriDelt, right below Zeta and pretty far above ADPi. This “wps” person is the same person who posted that stupid PhiMu post too. Maybe KD comes on here and says stuff but there’s no “self-ranking” I’ve never seen them try to mark themselves as top tier or anything like that.
