Most chapters doesn’t mean the best/ strongest sorority. Chi O has a crap ton of chapters at commuter / Tier 3 schools. Nationally, DG, KKG, Tri Delta, and ZTA are a lot more selective with their new chapter placements and probably the strongest overall even if they each have a weak recruiting region. They seem to have the least chapter closures and strongest/ most influential alumnae networks.
