Every house has this happen. Every house has a few girls who don't stay primarily due to not working hard enough or staying long enough to form relationships. You have to stay and give relationships a chance and be friendly and join in activities. It's a shame because if you stay you will (guaranteed) make some great friends for life. And btw, I am not an AXO (I'm a "neighbor") but they honestly are some of the nicest girls in greek life-they live up to their "nice" reputation in class and at parties. There's always a few "bad apples" in every large group.
