WOW nope SO RUDE. I am very aware of what a UARK connection is and I did not have any so I was cut from all the top houses the first day. I pledged a middle house and I am very happy I did. However, my connection of my Aunt being in the “top house” did get me noticed the summer before rush. A couple of members followed/liked pics on my Instagram after my recs/letters of support were received. Do I think that was a coincidence? No, they were checking me out to see if I fit their mold. No other sorority did that to me. My point is they have their pledge class with the exception of very few girls picked before rush even starts. Nope - you know this is true so no reason to be so hateful.
