The reason why all the houses at uark have great quality girls is because top house have to cut so heavily the first night just to make the numbers more manageable. Legacy heavy top houses don't have a great advantage on social media but are harder to get a bid from therefore more desirable. I actually think this makes uark a great place to rush. Really all benefit because of this. At Alabama for example, its all based on looks. Legacy or not if your not a very pretty girl your not getting a phi mu bid.
