I am sure there are many good qualities you have to offer a house. carry yourself with confidence— try not to compare yourself to fellow pnms or members. It is hard bc girls are so competitive by nature. Give yourself a break. However, recruitment is brutal by nature- cuts will happen. Just know 99% of time it is not personal. The cuts hurt.
