I think it's mostly because Kappa is very involved across the board on campus (always on ASG) and they have been set as a top house for so long. Pi Phi just has cool, well-rounded girls. When I went through I had Pi Phi and Zeta tied but that's just because I'm from Dallas. I think pi phi pulls better from Arkansas than Zeta or Tri Delt. Tri delt struggles because they haven't gotten the best pledge classes lately. It's all about how can pull the top girls from LR and surrounding areas
