It SEEMS that way initially, but a lot of that is due to the fact that there will be more contact between the perceived top fraternities/top sororities, and usually freshmen and sophomores are "drinking the Kool-aid" to believe they can only date girls in certain houses. However, after folks start having classes together and get to meet each other better, the frat guys will start going out with whoever they find attractive, from my observations.
