Hey I just wanted to see what makes a top tier house a top house and what makes a bottom tier house a bottom house? For example I see beta and sig ep constantly considered bottom houses and Sigma Chi and SAE are usually considered top houses. Also is there any house that you guys would consider as an extremely bad house?
