Those who got in the so called top chapters had connections and/or from Arkansas. That’s all. With the exception of 2 unknowns who made it thtu anyway. There are many wonderful pnms who went elsewhere. When chapters are extremely exclusive- it makes them obsolete. And that is what is about to happen.
