Not hating at all, but why are kappa and pi phi automatically considered top houses? Like genuinely what’s the reason? Chi o is understandable bc they were founded at Arkansas but what separates pi phi and kappa from say zeta Tri Delt and kd, great houses that are always deemed as mid.
