ChiO has to take their chapter legacies and so they do get weird ones. Kappa does too just not as much. Kappa cares about a pnms bank account and it does factor in if you get a bid. That leaves PiPhi and Zeta able to take top pnms that just didn’t have a close enough connection to get in the first two. I think because those two don’t have a list of girls they have to take it makes them more relaxed and fun.
