I heard that the middle of the Phi Mu house is a completely open courtyard because they wanted it to look huge but didn’t have the budget.... also I hate that they ran out of money and couldn’t do brick on the whole house. It just looks weird. I would rather have a slightly smaller house (I mean it would literally still be a freaking mansion) and have it done in all brick.
