Of the 700 Kappa and ChiO keep the pnms will rank their houses in the top so theoretically no one ever cuts top houses. so they can keep their top pnms all the way through pref. If they have 200 actual top pnms they carry them all the way through pref. If a top pnm does drop them which is rare they have the next girl on their top list to go to. In the end they don’t cross rush as much as people think.
