If top houses already have their pnms decided then who already decided? Do the alumni give them a list of who they have to take or do the actives just all pick their friends? Does a pnm who doesn’t know an alumni or active even stand a chance? I’m already nervous about recruitment and am dreading showing up the first day knowing they probably don’t even want me.
