Membership selection is private so you will never know if your gpa was why you weren't asked back. TBH if you make it past the first day we don't look at your gpa after that. First day is grade and rep risks or if your resume wasn't strong enough. We know you are nervous so unless you come in covered in tattoos and talk about getting drunk the night before we won't cut you based on a bad convo. On the the flip side a pnm who wasn't on our list might have a great convo first day and she will get an invite back. Starting on day 2 is when your convos are so important. On day 1 we also try to pair you with someone you know or their friends or someone from your hometown. We want you to succeed and enjoy visiting our house!
