no matter how many sororities there are at a school theres always going to be a tier system that makes others better than others. its a social construct that is unavoidable. Of course we have a really really strong top house because Chi O was founded here. and with Kappa having miss america, its also going to make it a very strong top house. all of the other houses are great too and the ranks are changing a lot with new houses being built and new sororities coming on campus. Arkansas is one of the hardest schools to rush at and that is a well known thing. bama ole miss and arkansas all have the most competitive rush processes in the country so thats just something to be ready for. With about probably 2000 pnms going through recruitment this next year i'd estimate that about 1500 will actually get bids. Many of the girls who don't get bids could be girls that decide its not for them after open house, or girls that do get straight up cut from every single house. Some of these girls will be our founding pc of AGD and some may rush again the next year or COB or just not join a sorority. either way rush here is a very competitive process that pnms should be prepared for because it is extemely difficult and cut throat. Honestly making it through and getting a bid really is a true accomplishment
