There is no official "spring rush." If a chapter is below Panhellenic Total (kind of like an average size calculation), they are eligible to add members via Continuous Open Bidding (COB). Most of the eligible chapters will just be 1-3 members below total and will not have any COB events; they might directly extend bids to girls who already have strong ties to the chapter like someone's roommate who already is bff's with a bunch of members. Chapters with more openings may hold a few informal, invitation only events and then extend bids. Either way, let the Greek Life office know you're interested in spring COB and they will circulate your info to the chapters who are eligible. Because spring is entirely invitation - only (unlike fall formal where all pnms go to every house at least once), you may sign up and never be invited to anything. Just depends on the chapter's eligible and interest level in you.
