I am assuming you went through recruitment and it did not work at how you had hoped. Cuts have to be made. They must be made because you can not place 1700 girls in 4 or 5 groups. Did it occur to you that the other "50%" that you think did not exclude girls are hurt themselves because girls (PNMs) think they are just a little too good to be a part of their sisterhood? I'm guessing you could have been in a sorority today. I'm guessing at least a few sororities thought you would make a great sister and would have fit in nicely with their wonderful group of women. But, girls chose to exclude them and hurt them because they thought that certain sisterhoods were just not up to par for them. Do you think that is hurtful or hypocritical? I do. It goes both ways.
