Lambda- very Nice house, good grades, some are douches, some are super nice guys. Kinda religious. Also kinda irrelevant. Overall good house, not quite top but definitely upper mid. Pike- also has a nice house, good mix of guys, none have a huge ego and most are genuine cool guys. Have a rep of being bad here but it's quickly going away. Sig ep- some guys are cool, some are weird. Their house is one of the worst on campus. Not quite bottom tier but almost.
