Theta would be a recolonization. They were there in the past, there house was next to the original DG house. I have been told they will not go onto a campus without a house first. Not sure if that is true for sure, but I have read some things that seem to state that. Delta Zeta and Gamma Phi Beta would both be good fits for an SEC school as well.
