When campus opened for new soros in Spring 2015 it desired two separate groups, one for Fall 2015 and one for Fall 2017. That timing was too quick, and instead the chosen groups (DG and AGD) set to colonize in Fall 2016 (DG) and Fall 2018 (or later if necessary, AGD). I can see your confusion if you were around back in Spring 2015 when the process began; that's how that happened!
