To answer your question about the GPA: High School GPA for a PNM can not be compared to the average GPA of the sorority. that is comparing apples to oranges. A lot of the sororities will want 3.5+ high school GPA. But that doesn't mean a great girl with a lower GPA can't get in. But like an above commenter posted, there are MANY more great sororities besides Kappa, Chi o and Pi Phi. With the HUGE influx of out of state girls going through Rush, ALL sororities have great cute cool girls with wonderful GPA, leadership, and wonderful friendship/sisterhood to offer. There just isn't enough room in the so called "High Tier" houses for all the "High Tier" girls going through. This is why ranks are dumb.
