First, this is why you get recs as your rec writers could have easily addressed this on your rec, giving the chapter advanced notice. Many houses have their first cut list prepared before rush starts- it's full of girls who are grade risks, didn't get recs, or who have bad reputations. So be prepared that you may have big cuts tomorrow if your overall GPA was low. As you start spending more time in each house in future rounds, bring up your grade situation if it comes naturally in the conversation. If you get asked back tomorrow, you're probably out of the woods GPA-wise, but it's still a good idea to mention it so your grades don't be come a deal-breaker later on if votes are close.
