No one is cutting 1500 the first day because of RFM. Maybe 800-900, but not 1500. Mathematically that just does not make sense. That would leave them with only 160 PNM tops for the rest of the week if everyone showed up first day. 160 could well be close to the quota number. The other "top" groups will be competing for many of those same girls AND have them on their lists. Cutting that big of number would leave groups with not enough people to fill their pledge class.
