I'm sure ChiO has a national transfer/ affiliation policy. You should look it up on ChiO's national website and make sure you understand the process. Then, follow the steps once you get to campus. For my sorority, it's a mutual process where the transfer spends time getting to know the chapter here and then both the chapter and the transfer decide whether the best thing is to affiliate or go early alumn. My guess is that most sorority transfers do affiliate. I mean, you are an initiated sister so something would really have to not "click" for it to not work out. I will say that transfers have to spend a lot of time making friends in the new chapter. It is difficult because you aren't part of a pledge class and don't have a big/little. The burden is on you to make friends and integrate yourself should you affiliate.
