those "types" aren't even accurate anymore...but people try to hold onto those with dear life...no one wants to admit anything changes here, but it does. Those are all still top houses,yes, but they are not all perfect like people try to make them seem...and there are other houses that have been coming up and improving for quite some time now and they're finally starting to get up there and compete with them.
