I'd say KA has improved a lot with their social scene, I hear about a lot more girls going to Fiji, Sig Tau has improved socially and apparently got a nice pledge class, Pi Kapp has had a solid year, and Lambda has been holding their ground with supposedly good pledges but not improving. The only off campus house I would even consider rushing is TKE. Delta Sig got like what, 9 pledges? And it's not cause they're selective. Pike has been improving, but getting in a lot of trouble lately. Kappa Sig and Sig Ep have been on a steady decline. (Used to hear a lot about Kappa Sig, not so much anymore). Delta Chi and Alpha Sig have fallen off so hard. Overall, these are the houses I see improving the most in the next year: KA, Pi Kapp, Sig Tau, TKE, Fiji, and Pike.
