After reading this, can't say I don't blame them, you sound like such a joy to be around... There were two other houses you could have rushed. Just because you didn't fit into a few houses you read about on GR doesn't mean spring recruitment is this horrible thing. You should rememeber that you are not entitled to a bid from any house you want, it is a mutual (keyword) selection process. Perhaps you can try rushing one of the other 9 houses in the fall to find a better fit for you.
