Pretty much every on campus fraternity is without a house. The closest things to fraternity houses are complexes, fraternities just take up the entire things and do the best they can with them. The only on-campus fraternities with complexes are FIJI and Delta Chi, but nobody cares about Delta Chi. TKE also has a complex, but they are off-campus. Your best bet if you care about housing and getting a fraternity experience like that would be either FIJI or TKE. Both are great houses. I don't care what anyone says about either of them, about FIJI having creepy guys or TKE being off-campus, both do very well and are among the top fraternities at ASU.
