Most chapters will be spring recruiting because they raised total. They raised total to 227 which is high. I personally think all chapters have retention rate problems. Most of the reasons ALL chapters loose members: Money. It cost money to be in a sorority. For some reason girls think it's free. Time commitment. There are mandatory events. Grades. You don't get good grades most chapters will release you. Not for you. Greek life is not for everyone. You can not comment on sisterhood unless you are a part of the organizations otherwise it is just rumors. I know loads of girls in A Phi and AXO and they love it just like most members of every chapter. KD absolutely will be spring recruiting. At 150 they are one of the smallest groups if not THE smallest group. The only two Chapters that routinely don't are Pi Phi and Theta. Although, I have heard that a lot of girls have quit or got kicked out of Pi Phi this year so who knows.
