Long-term, employers will not care whatsoever whether you were in an on-campus or off-campus one. At all.. As long as you're in a chartered one with national support, IFC's recognition means absolutely nothing. Even short term, you won't have a problem getting an ASU job or joining USG. TKEs and Sigma Chis have and are in USG and they're not on campus. As long as you conduct yourself well, it doesn't matter. If anything, being in an off-campus house might actually be LESS risky. You don't have to constantly worry about the school breathing down your neck and collectively punishing you every time you do anything that pretty much any college kid does.
