Thanks for the updates. It sounds like no one knows sure what will happen to the Row. Did the school totally raze Alpha Drive? What's there now? For the sake of all of all the fraternities and sororities at ASU I hope Greek Row comes back. It's the only way Greek Life will thrive there. Plus the thing mentioned about fraternities renovating motels or existing apartment complexes is nuts. Do zoning and housing laws in Tempe even allow that? It shifts the Greek housing and conduct problem from the school to the city. Maybe that was ASU's plan all along...
