I have a few friends in APhi who are fake and aren't fake (personality wise). For a few of them, looks CAN be deceiving (they LOOK fake, but they're actually quite wonderful). A friend of mine in APhi doesn't get a great impression from some of her sisters, but over the year she made a few friends who were very similar to her personality-wise. Trust me, OP. If you're going through recruitment, then you'll KNOW if they're fake or not. Don't feel pressured to form judgements and opinions about certain sororities before you get to know them. If you like a certain sorority, you like them for a reason. You WILL find sisterhood wherever you are. :)
