Be open minded No college activities Poor conversation skills or none (applicable to any one) Not being your personal best think job interview or meeting BF parents A lot of sophomores get placed. I don't know of any chapters that don't take sophomores. Juniors I think would have a little bit more of a challenge. It's a good experience. Do it.
