I think these are some additional notes - Kappa Sig/Sig Tau have improved a lot but Pi Kapp has really improved the most. Sig Tau is a new house so they'll need another year. - Sig Ep/Dke will both stay upper but Dke does have an attitude problem. - Alpha Sig and Delta Chi could both go either way - DTD and Delta Chi are also better than Pike.
