stop putting fraternities in tiers. there is no top house at ASU right now. Its an open spot. the last top tier to be seen was sig chi. i am not in sig chi but they ran greek life last year with their alum hookin it up. when sig chi comes back they will not be top tier either. sig ep may be top and controversial DKE. No one holds the quality of being a 5 star fraternity. There is plenty of potential though not saying its not possible to be the top.
