No theta would call pi kapp "bi kapp." Firstly, that's disrespectful and most sorority women don't call them that, only other jealous frat boys. Secondly, theta has two kite kings in pi kapp and have a strong relationship with that house. My freshman year roommate was a theta and I know they have done many events with them in the past and haven't done anything with Dke in the past like four years. So clearly not a theta posting this.
