Here's the straight and narrow from a girl in a good sorority, so you can all stop bickering. Honestly, none of the fraternities that are still on campus are phenomenal. The only reason houses like Lambda and Alpha Sig are even MENTIONED these days is because all the good ones have gotten kicked off. Crap houses are becoming top by default. Best House is hands down Sig Ep, then DKE, then Lambda. After that is FIJI and Alpha Sig, then PiKapp. Theta Chi has been reduced to like 10 members so they don't count. The rest of the fraternities are irrelevant. Never in a million years would I have considered DKE or Lambda top, but unfortunately almost the entire top tier of fraternities other than sig ep was eliminated this year. There may be nobody left, but that doesn't make the new top houses good.
