Lots of those who got in trouble did have complexes but there are just as many that have some that are relatively clean with the school (DTD,KA,Alpha Sig, FIJI,etc) There may be some "work in progress" fraternities that have complexes but I find it hard for any fraternity to be at the top of their game without a central location. So this could be big for ADPhi and DX.
