As someone that was in this chapter last year and dropped, let me say this post was talked about a lot at business meetings. It became an obsession. As someone who has been on both sides of it, although I am not choosing to share rituals (let's be honest, she just shared them all and yeah she was quite accurate) but knowing what has gone on in this house and watching the bullying play out in front of me, I can see why someone would be upset enough to do that. Although I wasn't personally bullied, I saw it way more often than was necessary for me to realize that wasn't what I needed and I had enough compassion to understand the hurt people could feel. It makes sense to me though that some there would have to ask that question because if you don't have compassion, you won't ever understand. SAO 😉
