Surprisingly accurate review. I don't think theta chi seceded from ASU but they recently went through a membership review and kicked out 80% of their chapter to save face with the university. FIJI and A Sig will definitely continue to rise as they will be the best fraternities with complexes. Sig ep will be hurt a bit with the loss of their plex but will remain top house for sure.
