Top Dsig/Pi Kapp/Lambda Upper Mid FIJI/SAE/Sig Pi Mid Phi Tau/Sig Nu/KA Lower Mid ASig/Sig Tau/Delt Best of the Bottom Phi Kap/Phi Psi/Acacia With Sig Chi gone DSig by default is #1, but they haven’t done much recently to get better. Everyone makes fun of PiKapp (totally justifiable because they’re fruity af) but they still have a good draw to their daygers. Lambda has a top house look but their parties are often suspect. FIJI is pretty good at everything but not necessarily great at anything and a bad national rep hurts them a little. SAE throws like a top house but with a lack of respect among the rest of greeklife due to no pledge process they’re still not there yet. Pike would come after but they’ll likely get kicked off soon. Sig Pi gets the nod for upper mid because they throw the best night parties, but they’re still small in numbers and don’t have the rep/name like those above them. Phi Tau has potential but lacks an identity and consistency. They always throw one or two good parties a semester and then completely disappear. Sig Nu has grown a lot in size and is on the right track, but they are yet to throw a party better than average. KA has a very loyal base for their parties but all their girls are beat. ASig has improved over the past year specifically with parties but still give off ratchet vibes, they’re kind of a mess. Sig Tau has finally stopped falling and at this point are just fighting to stay relevant. Delt is just delt, not much to say about them lol. Phi Kap, Phi Psi, and Acacia are honestly the only bottom houses with upside. With a good next couple classes any of them could break into the lower mid tier.
